I prefer payment by paypal. Paypal is fast, safe and convenient. It is free for you to use. Using paypal means your financial information is kept private giving you protection. Paypal also guarantee 100% protection from unauthorised payments sent from your account.

If you do not already have a paypal account please go here to set one up, you can also pay via paypal without setting up an account. I can also accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please email me to let me know which piece you would like and then I can reserve it for you while I wait for payment to clear.

Postage and Packing

Free to the UK. Items will be sent recorded delivery and will need to be signed for.

I aim to post within 24 hours.

For commissions, or favourite designs you would like in an alternative colour, please email me first.

Postage to anywhere else in the world is £6.50

All items will be carefully wrapped in coloured tissue paper and presented in a pretty organza bag.   They will then be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a recycled padded envelope for posting.

Returns

I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not for any reason please email me to let me know within 7 days of receipt. Please wait for me to acknowledge your message then return it in the original packaging for a full refund. This unfortunately excludes earrings for pierced ears for hygiene reasons.I will only refund postage on faulty items. I recommend using recorded delivery for your own protection.
